To book, follow this simple 3-step process:
Existing clients: log into your Time To Pet account
1. Meet & Greet
Let’s make sure your dog feels right at home! During this free 30-minute visit, your pup can explore the yard and meet my friendly resident dog, Penny. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the daycare or boarding experience. Note: please see my vaccine requirements.
2. Time To Pet app
Once we’ve made sure Lavender Hill Dog Resort is a great fit for your pup, we’ll send you a welcome email with a personalized link to create an account in the Time To Pet app. From there, you can:
- Request services
- Update your dog’s profile
- Make secure payments
You’ll also receive daily report cards with photos of your pup’s adventures – sent right through the app! Click here to watch a video overview of the app.
3. Proof of Vaccinations
For the health and safety of all our guests, we require that your dog is current on these vaccines:
✓ Rabies
✓ DHPP
✓ Bordetella (kennel cough)
If you’re unsure of your dog’s vaccine status, please contact your veterinarian.
Booking Requirements
For the health & safety of all:
Your dog’s Rabies, DHPP & Bordetella vaccines are current
Your dog is on a monthly preventative flea and tick program
Your dog has been in good health for the last 30 days prior to check-in
You’ve completed the Dog Application in Time To Pet
Dog Requirements
Four (4) months of age or older
Spayed or neutered*
Friendly and compatible with both dogs and people
We can accommodate dogs of all sizes

Let’s meet!
Let’s start off on the right paw! A Meet & Greet is a chance for me to get to know you and your pup, answer any questions, and make sure Lavender Hill Dog Resort is the perfect fit. You’ll get to see where your dog will stay & play, and discuss routines, preferences, and any special needs.
Meet & Greets are by appointment*
Monday – Friday between 10am–5pm
Saturdays between 11am–3pm
*additional days/times can be arranged if needed

Need to reschedule or cancel?
Reschedule or cancel a Meet & Greet
Contact us to update or cancel your appointment. There is no charge to cancel/reschedule a Meet & Greet. If less than 24 hours before your appointment please contact Jenn at (707) 732-8058.
Reschedule or cancel a Daycare Visit or Overnight Stay
Confirmed reservations must be canceled at least two (2) days before your dog’s reserved arrival date. Cancellations made less than two (2) days from the reserved arrival date, or a no-show, will result in a $50 charge to the credit card on file. You may modify your booking in the Time to Pet app or contact Jenn at (707) 732-8058.
